Waltham back in the box and out for a stroll with a Smiths and my four legged friend. Roll on the winter solstice
The autumn leaves ... ... on our front lawn. I can't yet get out and do yard work because of some extensive shoulder surgery back on October 2nd. At least that's what I'm telling Mrs. noelekal. I'm milking it for all it's worth. One of my first vintage watches and a long time favorite that's scarcely been worn in recent months, a 1954 Longines with 19AS movement in its solid 14kt yellow gold case. It really needed an airing on a Friday.
Still wearing the Lorier Hyperion - really I can hardly fault it...maybe a little sloppy in the bezel action, but for 799 bucks it looks and feels much more expensive...lucky to grab one whilst I could!
