Surgeon or patient? If the latter, I wish you the best possible outcome.
Patient unfortunately, torn ligaments in my left knee, next year they can do my right knee.

Wore this today whilst on a 12km stroll in the hills near our home

I was happy to keep a nearly 5km/h pace while carrying 8kg on my back and ascending 400m as well -- not bad for an old guy 馃榾

Seiko is my star in a low priced arm today ( for all you Top Gear fans)

Have similar . . .

[Ca '65 Seiko Sea Lion]

. . . in black. Not on my wrist today; it's sorely in need of a watchmaker's attention.

Not from me actually, but from my girlfriend 馃グ

Funny. Yesterday we went to a local shop to buy a new strap for this old Glash眉tte I traded with her and I was... A little bit skeptical about the choice of a bright red croco-style strap. However, in the end I think it totally suits her! (She is an artist and painter)

I am always surprised by how nice red straps go with yellow gold watches, I need to buy a few more for my wife's gold watches and maybe even some for mine too.

Nice bracelet. What is it?
Gotta encourage resto-mods too!
Thanks. Bracelet is a 19mm generic vintage double grain. I've seen some similar branded Seiko as well.

I have quite a few modern Seiko's but really I prefer 60's vintage, TBH I became a little disillusioned when I discovered that it's cheaper to replace the movement than to do a service in the likes of the Seiko 5's and similar so I prefer different Seiko calibers than the mass produced cookie cutter moderns.

My only wishlist Seiko would be an auto KS Spring Drive sport watch.
