Had an appointment scheduled with a client from 1p-3:30p. Got to his place he is so stoned I can’t get a rational discussion out of him. He only wanted to discuss his goal off being a pot farmer. He submitted to a drug test he is only positive for THC so I don’t need to have him hospitalized or further evaluated. This gives me the opportunity to look for some watch shops now that I have some free time. My director isn’t into watches so I think it’s safe to say all this. Checking out this hick town and using my Hamilton to keep within a reasonable time wasting period.

Know the feeling ,my company is making 5000 people redundant before year end & we are going through the At Risk stage at the moment. So like you I will enjoy this BH long weekend but with plenty of beer 👍
My best to the both of you. My wife works for a large global company and they just let go of some people including two of her good friends. My wife has been through two layoffs since I’ve been with her but each time it ended up working out and she found better positions. Let’s hope neither of you are caught up in it and if you are I hope you have the luck my wife has had in the past. You both have a great idea “seize the day” no sense living in misery until they finally say what is what.

I gave him a like just for good spirits. Unfortunately I know what it’s like to be stuck like that, give him a like for a quick recovery likes do stimulate the brain.

So what happened? I don’t think the Velcro speedy strap will help you anytime soon.

So... my company is going to make announcements next week as to job losses... So I intend to enjoy the long weekend (publicly holiday in the UK on Monday), hopefully it won’t rain so we can get the bbq out (have wagyu burgers arriving tmw!!)...and of course wear some nice watches and wish you all have a great weekend!

Alpha FYI it was this watch you are showing now that inspired me to get the Hamilton I posted earlier. I remember you posted that when you first got it, it really caught my eye. I went for a lesser model but you made me decide I really should add a more modern Hamilton to my collection

Seamaster 300 today.
I have both those components and have never put them together, great job looks fab.
Will leave it a week or two before I copy you and post.
