On the way out the door for the day. I needed something quick, so I grabbed my 12 year old railroad approved Bulova quartz.

@allwoundup, Love this diver! The dial is a perfect black, the lume a beautiful color and looks to be all there. I bet it is not one of those modern, hulking dive watches of 44mm that just is way too, too much for my just under 7 inch wrist. I know a lot of people will say the day and date features "ruin" the look, but I like the placement. And the hands look very legible and I bet it was affordable besides. Great watch and I just had to say so.

Thanks for the kind words. It’s just a funky look, in that everything on the dial is in high relief and the dial itself has concentric grooves like a record album - not sure how evident they are in the photo. The bezel measures 40mm in diameter and the case length is 50mm lug-to-lug. It’s not often I run across a vintage piece that is of a modern scale to my 8.75 inch wrist. It was an inexpensive impulse buy years ago and a great knock around watch. Cheers!

This one reminds me that I need to buy another Poliwatch package.
A cool Ranchero 2990 with a perfect white dial. Never polished and all original 😀

Wearing this Croton “Acurator” today...a model I had never seen before. It was a “bonus” watch that was part of an auction lot I purchased for one specific watch. It is in great condition and keeping good time. Love the lume and furnace blued hands. Regrettably it is too small for my wrist. I’ll move it along to one of my sons or my wife.

Mine sends salutations. I carried this one during a three week trip in Europe in 2012. From Amsterdam to Rome, via Paris and Geneva, we travelled by train.

That's a beautiful watch.

Embrace the small.

Oil and filter change time for my beloved 2007 Ford Police Interceptor which I purchased new in 2007...timing the evolution with my beloved modern Speedy Gonzales Moonwatch on a Rothco protective band [protective flap retracted for pic]...it usually takes me about 30-45 minutes to complete the evolution...

Matte Superdome 5513 Sub on a Black NATO.
While I have the original bracelet for this watch I keep it in a drawer and constantly rotate NATOs on this one.
I am looking for a complete 3572.50 Tritium 863 which I plan on mainly wearing on NATOs as well.

Nice warm Friday evening, the cigar is smoked and one G&T down, there was only a little left in the bottle seemed a shame to leave it but that’s the last. Still just ordered some more Arch-Angell from the lovely people at Orkney Distilling while sitting here and they are always quick delivering so I won’t be without for long!
Oh and to complete the evening my gold Omega AT life is good even in these times. Stay safe and HAGW.
