Omega Seamaster 300m Racing Chronograph....

Nice! I'm enjoying it's cousin today. Kinda really want to pick up that Regatta version at some point.

Please God/Jah/Allah/She, can you make Oris make the bronze bracelet available to Carl Brashear owners...I love this strap (and all others), but gosh-dang a bronze bracelet on this would just be the bomb...

Did you see this bit of news?:

I did. But my friend who works there said 'zero chance' hence my request to God/Allah/Jah/She...

We’re headed out camping with friends for a few days. My watch of choice is a 65-year old Omega calibre 351, “bumper” automatic. This one came to me as almost a basket case, and I have replaced the case, dial, crown (yeah, I know it is incorrect), crystal, mainspring, gasket, and conditioned it (again, just last week). This dial is by no means perfect, but it is a whole lot better than the original. It is a “survivor”, and it has proven to be able to last, although it is not my intention to try to destroy it.

My oldest is finally old enough to be trusted to walk the dog. Figure I’ve got maybe a year before he figures out it is a chore 😀
