I hadn't installed this bracelet since I lost a ton of weight last year. Holy cow, what a reminder!!! Two whole links had to come off!

I found this wrist shot from 4 years ago (left). At that time I hadn't "peaked out" so this side-by-side with today (right) is probably a 65 lb (29 kg) delta. Doesn't look as different in these shots as the bracelet sizing indicates, but you should see the rest of me!!! I ended up losing 85 lbs (38 kg)...and so far have kept it off...YaY!!!

Dropped ten pounds in a year by cutting out processed carbs and going from a pint a day to a pint a month.

Now the weight on my driver's license is correct.

😀

Here's a video clip . . .

. . . from early January. Lost at least five pounds since then.

Nice shot, Art, but I am more interested in trying to figure out what watch you were wearing when you made that bank shot. Am I sick? Can I be the only one? LOL

OH, P.S. I am down 42 pounds in about 27 months. I walk 2 miles 6 or 7 days a week, do crunches for about a half hour (yes, a half hour....I hold my last crunch for 10 and a half mins now) and I do 2 sets of 75 to 90 pushups, depending on how long my strength and left shoulder hold out each day. And...…wait for it...…..I will be 58 years old in Nov. I have had to have my watchmaker adjust all my bracelets for me. I joke with him and on here, that I never knew 5 of the pounds I would lose would be from my left wrist when I started.

I’ll play. After Christmas I got a shock when I found my weight had gone up to 222lbs, before Christmas it was around 216lbs which I knew was too much, as my wife kept reminding me! I am 6’2” and 73 years young. I did dry January (hard!) and cut out bread and cake, and started a programme of exercise. I am currently down to 190lbs which I haven’t been since my forties and feel much better for it, trouble is i need new clothes now, even my wrists are thinner! Aiming to get to and stay between 182-189lbs.

Incidentally, that's what they call me.

Love how this elastic strap looks and works with this speedy racing. Keeps it tight to the wrist to slim down the thickness of the case, and the thin yellow line works perfectly with the chrono seconds and hours hands.
