For anyone interested the 'MG' on the binoculars is an abbreviation of 'Ministere de la Guerre' the French war ministry. At the outbreak of hostilities the British were extremely short of binoculars and purchased many from France hence the broad arrow on the case.

Again the Vacheron Constantin Overseas but today with the blue OEM rubber. Wears very comfortable and light compared to the heavy and solid bracelet. I’m loving it! 🥰

Love this, looks very smart

Bought this many years ago without seeing the case back. The seller was a Vietnam vet and had one awful photo. Pre internet. I was still nervous sending my 250 usd, but he seemed like a good guy on the phone.

Taking a break from yard work and gardening today, so going with something decidedly untool-like having the water resistance of a dry sponge...1946 Ulysse Nardin.

Living in the 70's (you will remember this STANDY😀)
I feel a little crazy
I feel a little strange
Like I'm in a pay phone
Without any change
I feel a little edgy
I feel a little weird
I feel like a schoolboy
Who's grown a beard

As my namesake I am obliged to like all Richard watches. But that one is especially awesome!
