·Yes it is. You don't see these 40mm cased original Omega wristwatches very often at all. Normally a transitional pocket watch conversion.

My case is 36mm, #4,796,929, running very well 😀
I’m wondering if we have same or similar movement, although mine might be the 12"'...

I've found that a Day-Date display is especially helpful for this period of home sequester, in the absence of the usual Monday to Friday, go-to-the-office routine.

·The Clint Eastwood Wakmann. I actually watched the movie last night for the first time. The watch got a lot of screen time. And it was truly ahead of its time. The film is set in 1965. The watch was made around 1973.

Darn you, @Omega1, you know very well you are teasing me every time you post this watch. LOL I have spent the last 3 weekends searching eBay for the same reference. Last weekend, I did see the same model in gold tone.....it wasn't the same, it didn't POP like yours does. I will keep searching. In the meantime, wear it in good health, my friend.
