Still doing my 2 mile walks, crunches and 2 sets of 65 to 80 pushups a day. Today's walk was after shoveling and in less than ideal conditions, so a little slow. I am holding in there at 172 to 4 depending on the day and even over the Christmas holiday foods, so am happy. 42 pounds lighter. ....hopefully forever.

Still on a late '60s large cushion case binge; here's 145.008 - a difficult watch to photograph, in my opinion as showing the hour indexes, the dial depth and texture at once would require a mix of light qualities and directions.
