It's just after 10 in the morning on the east coast of the US and I am still in my pajamas. I intend to stay this way until much, much later in the day. So to help me time the brewing of my coffee I am using this nice old Imperial, a Buren brand, with a Venus 170 inside.

I have it on a Forstner Komfit that fits it's 11/16" lugs perfectly:

This just came in the mail. I always liked the dial on the seiko presage found this online for 190. Comes with a decent leather band and a well made seiko deployment. It’s a bit on the big size on me with the lug to lug but it’s an amazingly comfortable watch. May end up selling it if I can’t get over the size. In the background notice my more expensive purchase of a new snowblower, I hate having to buy useful things.
