Are you sure you can not have them polished to acceptable standards wo replacing?
As these are quite standard dauphine hands I am sure you could find new ones to fit. You would then need to measure length, and based on the movement determine the diameter of the holes.

It was a clockwork kind of day today...... I don't get to use the Hasler tachometer often, but its a pleasure when I do.

I found it broken in a garbage can at work 19 years ago, fixed it up and its served me ever since. I offered it back to the company after repairing it but they'd gone digital and didn't see the worth of an old piece of junk like this!
