Helping out Nathan here,
This is a Speedmaster Mk II with a racing dial, one of the variants offered by Omega during its production from approx. 1969 to 1973. This was supplied with either this or a black dial similar to other Speedmasters of the era and the Cal. 861 automatic movement. Great piece in my mind.
