One month after I received this watch, I dropped it crystal down, from 4 feet onto pavement/cement 😲.....🙁
Believing the sapphire glass must have shattered, it happened that only a small spot on the sapphire bezel had cracked 👍. When I contacted Baltic for a replacement bezel, they asked me to send the entire watch head back to them in France (they provided the over-seas shipping label).
It took me over a month to get around to doing so, but when I finally did, a completely new watch showed up on my doorstep only 4 days later...
Super Kudos to Baltic!
