My father's Croton Aquamatic 25 Jewels... circa 1960. When he and my mother got married, they got each other Croton watches as gifts. He doesn't move enough to keep it would any more. 🙁

The dial is discoloring between 8 and 11 where the silver is oxidized. Dial also has a scratch or two from incompetent watchmakers. He has always said no to having the dial refinished so of course I never will either.

Away from the office and heading to Browns training camp today.

This Seiko just wears so damn well. While HODINKEE overcharges for a new variant with a PADI bezel and more dial text, I’ll stick with this one.

It's hot in Texas. Dusted off this Paraguayan Constellation on BOR bracelet obtained off of Ebay in the late 1990s, prior to learning better on OmegaForums. Redone dial. Nice accurate watch though.
