Swapping watches with her ladyship this evening and at 36mm the Seiko has a certain appeal 😀

As @CPRwatch mentioned a glorious evening,

A sunny day watch.
Nice one!
Is that a Staybrite case?
Would you mind sharing a better photo?

Did you ever glance at your watch for an honest time check, then realize the light striking it is just perfect and realize, "I have to take a pic of it right now for OF."?? Side note is, my wife caught me doing this and didn't even say anything. She is use to it now. LOL.

Please tell me I am not alone here.....please.

McK
My wife after a few cocktails does standup about our Wrist shots. No you are not alone.

This just in. Shown elsewhere in the “barber shop Spaceview” thread. From circa 1966. I say approximately 1966 because I acquired the case and the chapter ring, and no movement, crystal, or case back. So the movement and case back are from a 1966 Accutron 214. Hands are not a match, but they are both from Accutron Spaceview models. I shall attend to that detail over time. The inspiration came from the Spaceview I serviced for DaveK the OP of the “barber shop” Spaceview thread. Love it! I should add that I am also wearing my 30 year old Speedmaster Apollo XI limited edition, in honour of the 50th anniversary of the first moon walk.

Don’t normally wear nice watches to work especially in the wet season but have to break the rules sometimes😉
