·I needed a boatyard/beater watch. The Speedmaster is decidedly not that, and my old Planet Ocean 2500 is just too valuable these days. So, via the “Dads and Grads” sale at a big online retailer (you know which one), I snagged a SKX009K. It’s the perfect “boat watch” for me, and no one will cut my arm off to steal it when we’re traveling. I love it!
