·When I first got my Pepsi GMT II in April it was running about -1 sec/day, so when I took it out of the safe a couple of days ago I set it almost 30 seconds fast (actually ended being 29 sec fast). This way I wouldn't have to re-set the time for a month or two.
But it's now running +0.3 sec/day avg the past 2 days on the wrist day and night (anywhere from -0 to +1.6 sec/day after checking it 5-6 times). So, I could have set it to atomic time instead.
EDIT - I think it just runs slow on the winder.
