I found this when looking through stuff we have stored, it was in an old box and obviously needed a new crown and plexiglass and a thorough sorting out.
It belonged to my dad.
I put it into littlecogs in Midhurst and it came back looking great.
A bit small at slightly over 30mm but in great shape for a 50's early 60's watch and the case is still sharp.
The cost - £195.
After the service I am very impressed with time keeping, it's still completely accurate after two weeks which is pretty impressive I think.
Anyway I give you the mighty ELCO Bimatic Antimagnetic.

Peer pressure from the Pro and 20th in earlier posts. And yes, I have sheets, info and random documents for all of my watches 🤨

Pool party with my kids today, so will be picking one of these - most likely the SKX because it is already set.

We are off to see John Wick 3. Is it a faux paux if his Bucherer Manero is silver and my watch is gold?
