··Sunburst dial fanToday marks 4 months of some serious, voluntary dieting. Result:
- Down 80 lbs (36 kg)!
- From deep into "obese" BMI territtory...down through all of "overwieght"...and comfortably into "healthy" BMI.
- 42" to 36" waist.
- Aaaaand....wrist size down a solid half inch!
Have adjusted most of my bracelets along the way...but my Solar Impulse, which used to fit just right, has remained unadjusted. Even I would have trouble believing it if I hadn't gone through it myself, plus putting on this watch and bracelet!
For those who are curious...I did it the lazy way...just eating a lot less. Now I need to make sure I don't creep back up. YaY!
