Wendy Weed. What is it? It's a low natural ground cover that is invasive. Has teensy-weensy pale lavender or white four-petaled flowers. Left to its own devices it covers nicely, but is all done by the heat of June. It doesn't stand up to mowing so won't intrude on a lawn. Returns every year. For a problem shady spot, my wife has adopted it as the go-to fix for spring. She's used it for years. She actually brought seeds from our former house so we could enjoy it here. I named it Wendy weed since no one has ever identified it.
