Whichever way you look at it it’s pretty late to be taking “lunch”. Seems like I’m the only fool in the Autobahn Services. Only Mad Dogs and Englishmen go out for the midnight run.

Pity I forgot the Speedy today, er yesterday, er whatever. 400km of empty A1 to enjoy!

Finally found the time to properly fix it, I'm enjoying a 564 Seamaster for a week now. The onyx dial and the case are 🥰

When I got it months ago, it turned out to be full of rust. Bought it as is, hoped for an easy fix 🤦 Now it is squeaky clean, I even kept all the original bridges and s/n (did not have much fun dismantling and cleaning), the plating was good.

Funny, I specifically chose the silver color for the retro feel. I just got it from a Japanese seller from the bay, there were many black versions too on the bay as well. I guess you were buying one locally?
