·There is something about this watch that just jumps out at me, sucks me in and makes me smile. Maybe it is the fact that I found it in a thrift shop on it's original BoR bracelet, in person. Maybe it is the dial and applied indices. Maybe it is the fact it didn't work when I bought it, but my watchmaker brought it back to life and I probably have more in it than it is actually worth, but I don't care. I just love this watch.

Real beauty! Did that dial fade or did it start out that color? I think I’d call it taupe - like chsrcoal and purple mixed together.
