Waiting for the plumber . . . . . . then off for a little pool practice, haircut, and a night out with SWMBO. Art
1950s Croton Aquamatic just back from WM for clean up and service. I admit, I bought it for the stylized numerals. A number of these Aquamatics have found their way into my collection. I have found these automatics to be nearly indestructible and very accurate timekeepers. This one is all stainless steel with a screw down back, 33mm diameter, 41mm lug-to-lug, 18mm strap.
Not what I am wearing today, but something my wife will be wearing soon. Over the years I have acquired a number of vintage women’s watches as part of “lots” I purchased. I had a craftswoman friend of mine fashion a bracelet for this early 1920s Wenvo. Just picked it up. New life for an old watch that had been sitting idle and unloved.
