Quickly developing into a favourite. My 1962 Accutron 214 (one of 25 Accutrons) in a gold shell over stainless steel case. I have shown this one several times with different bracelets and straps. This time with a bracelet of the same vintage. The case had been terribly abused, with bent lugs (one cracked), and it has been brought back to useable condition with annealling, gold soldering, lug straightening, cleaning up and polishing. Movement likewise, put together from a parts bin, period correct Accutron dial of more recent vintage, correct genuine Accutron hands also salvaged from a parts bin. Some folks look down their noses at such watches. But if they had the resources and skills to pull off a project like this, they might be a bit less picky.
