Ready for battle. But first order of business is grocery shopping.

Rediscovering my love for my 16710 BLRO. I cooled off on it for a while, wearing my co-axial Speedmaster almost exclusively for a month. On cold rainy days the BLRO is a nice counterpoint to the dreary skys. The GMT is also much smaller and less obtrusive than the 44.25mm Speedy.

Good afternoon all.

My first post on here but I do frequent the excellent Calibre 11 sister forum.

I’m wearing my late Dad’s (he died in 1986) Omega Seamaster “bumper”.

I’m not sure what year it’s from?

I sent it back to Omega Classiche a few years a back for a full restoration that cost me just shy of £800. The only replacemed parts were crystal & crown.

This has immense sentimental value.

Cheers,

Simon

My Sunday morning lazing around watch. I imagine I'll time how slowly I don't do anything...

Probably it's from around 1953.
