Put on some "grubs" and my modern Dan Henry Evil Panda to time my 2 mile walk in the 20 degree farenheit weather. A little slow today, but I was bundled up and wearing boots. Plus, I am worn out from working OT and shoveling lately. That is my story anyway. I am down to 191.6 from 215.8 since late March, when the walks began and the desserts ended.

I'm really liking these, think I'm going to have to pick one up when they come back into stock.

As for my WRUW, today is Super Sunday 😁 (Yes, I know the date hasn't been set, Sunday is a day of rest after all right 😜).

Yet another super cheap Chinese watch, but for a change this one doesn't have a Seiko movement under the hood!

How to cause a commotion at Church...wear your watch on the outside of your jacket...

Fellow Presbyterians: “Mad Dog, Mad Dog, Mad Dog! Why do you wear your mid 1990s Longines Hour Angle [chronograph] reissue on the outside of your jacket at Church?” 😲

Mad Dog the rookie Presbyterian: “I have the technology...and I will utilize it...at Church.” 👍

Late change to the Casio G-Shock. Notice the 24-hour time format. 😀
