Cool beans! There are several local vendors participating in Veterans Day perks today [12NOV18] even though Veterans Day was yesterday [11NOV18]...so I’ll be wearing my first dedicated flying watch, my beloved 6309-7049 that I purchased new in 1987 during Navy pilot training...good times! 👍

Depends on how anal I feel on that particular day (and if I wanna take the extra time), but I do like to have at least the proper time and moonphase... 😒... in other words:

Got up early and went for a walk with the wife.

Really happy with this NODUS. It is a micro brand, and I think they did a good job with this one. Of course, the blue dial is lovely and if I were going to make a watch, it would be with a blue dial.
