Oooh, I do love the DSotM. I went with something slightly more traditional for my first Speedmaster, but it is a 44.25mm co-axial model. I even put it on the DSotM strap.

I am a big fan of quirky, double signed watches. Needless to say, imagine my surprise upon learning that Bovet and Favre Leuba was one company back then.

This one ticks most boxes that I look for in my vintage watches: interesting honeycomb dial, dauphine hands etc. It wears big at 35mm excluding crown too, the bezel gave it a lot of presence.

Oh God good luck in Orlando, the only other thing I can recommend to do there is leave lol.
I haven't been to a HHN in yearssssss. But they were always a blast.
(PS You're only about 1-1.5 hrs away from me)

We had a great time. Weather was great. Now heading back to a very cold COLORADO on Tuesday.

So what’s so bad about Orlando?
