I'm thinking I need a new strap; this one is too shiny and dressy for a steel tool watch. Got any good suggestions?

just in last evening, to busy giggling to take pictures...

1928 Illinois Bunn Special 60 hour, always wanted one of these.

Might be from after the Hamilton merger? Nice.

I've had this one now for over 30 years - and it was secondhand then. Now I wear this one most often.

Amazing what a brotherhood we have in the watch community. I've never met this man who offered to loan this to me , only thru the forums over the last 7-8 yrs

Love these. I waited so long to buy the Ingenieur GMT because I wanted to see what the new one was like.......hate the new model (and no GMT).....now I can’t find the old one for sale anywhere (some used ones, but wanted new.)
I recently got this. It’s pre-owned but is in a very good original condition without any touch up at all.
The original owner who sold it to me, bought it in early 90s and wore occasionally only. It is never opened or serviced and has perfect power reserve and runs +1 spd. His strong advise to me while selling was not to get anything done unless it shows some deviation or issues. He is a seasoned collector of Swiss watches with an enviable collection.
