bristnj, I like that Drunk Panda! Great looking watch, and I love the Fiat 125 pic it's set against. I'm an avid Fiat guy myself, albeit I mainly specialize in 124 Spiders, I've had my share of Turismo Veloce, 1500's, and worked on a number of other models. Vintage cars and vintage watches certainly go together well! Today, I am wearing my dad's old Seiko A904 5199. My watch of choice when working on cars...
Great pic & car! There was a nice write-up recently in a classic car magazine here in the states published by Hagerty Insurance. It looked at the 1970 Fiat Dino 2400 Spider, 1973 Jensen-Healey Convertible & 1980 Triumph TR8. The Fiat far out paced the others, especially with the Ferrari connection. Great read. The dash shot of the Fiat was perfect back-drop for the Waltham, which is also early 70's. Thanks for the compliment! Jeff

Because after spending £££ to make a bike lighter, it makes sense we then strap these on

just washed... fell in the pool while wrestling the winter cover on, which means it got a full dose of scale remover, oxidizer and shock, which also means I've got mild chemical burns everywhere from the nipples on down right now and I'm not very comfortable even after a good shower.

but the watch is fine so all is well with the world.

after all, thats why I own the silly thing, something to wear when it could get damaged.
