Good morning watch lovers, a vintage Omega MegaQuartz from 1973

 

I haven't worn any of my other watches since the day I bought this, just keep changing it up with straps.

I've never had a more versatile watch.

 

Whole lotta Seiko love going on today ,

 

with my coffee and toast. For the whole day actually!

 

What a beauty! - Is it a 5513 or what as I don't know too much about this era of Submariners, except that I love them and they cost a small fortune. The bezel looks unusual?

 

Two new arrivals in July (well, the Omega came back from repair and feels like a new watch) and I'm besotted with both! I suspect though the 1000M won't break my heart (possibly on a daily basis), cost me a fortune in running costs, throw up over my shirt, make me want to buy a shotgun when it starts dating and so on.
