Love the bracelet
Hey thanks! It is actually a modern one by Staib and is easily available. I got it with another watch I wrote about on here the other day, My JS Watch Sif NART but realised that it channels the 1960s JB Champion look pretty well so thought I would try it on my Speedy. It works a treat and will likely stay there for a while. Its a crying shame they don't do a 19mm as I would get one for my straight lug if I could. These are German engineered and feel really solid, unlike I am lead to believe the now rather pricey JB originals.

Who needs a square date window, anyway?

Blood red numerals on date wheel and tip of second hand.

Please be brutally honest - does the blue strap work with the gold watch?

Strictly my opinion, I think the matching strap overwhelms the touch of blue on the subdials. I think a dark burgundy or cordovan with matching line stitch would be nicer with the gold. The blue on the face would actually stand out more too.

Is it blue on the subdials or black?
