    New $20 NATO strap from Amazon. 21mm wide. I immediately cut off the second piece of the strap that makes it a NATO so now it’s a simple nylon strap. Problem was that the nylon is so thick that it tended to stick out from the lug pins.

    The solution was to put it on the strap, measure and mark where the bends should be around the pins and apply my wife’s hair straightening iron with the strap folded over at those spots. I wrapped it in tissue paper first so the hot iron was not in direct contact with the nylon. 20 seconds per side and violá! Superior fit.

    keeping it in the dark in the box so sad that is such a beautiful timepiece u need a glass museum display in the center of your living room and armed guards. My wife wouldn't let me but she doesn't understand how much more my watches are so important women!

    That looks pretty sweet. Is it the blue strap that just looks black in the pictures or is it really black. Either way it is a winner.
