Just fitted a bracelet to this one, not sure I'm convinced and will probably go back to leather but would welcome any opinions?

Personally I think it would look better on leather , but I would give it a couple of days on the bracelet though as you might get used to the look .

Enjoying this one for now...

...but I know I'll be switching later as it always puts me in the mood for the original.

A particularly lovely watch. I know little about the brand. Where does Helvetia fit into the vintage watch pecking order?

Seems like it's asking to be treated to a nice leather strap.

Thanks for the opinions fella's, as it happened it was already back on leather by the time I looked back here. No harm in trying though.

As for the brand, they have a very rich history which I guess a google should reveal plenty of reading, even made their own in-house movements which are rather beautiful to my eyes. Here's the inside of mine with its lovely guilt cailbre 838 movement...

Back on its old leather, will treat it to a nicer one some day but can never quite decide which strap would look best on this.

Thanks for posting your enthusiasm for Helvetia Tet. Now you've done it. I'll be trying to find and example of Helvetia next.

Looks good on its "old leather" from here.
