16s 23j Elgin B.W. Raymond 494 railroad machine [circa 1933] for Church and Dunkin’ Donuts today...

“Yeppers...here comes Mad Dog with his really loud Elgin...can’t see him yet...but you can hear him!”

😁

Yours has the power reserve indicator, that is awesome. I have a B.W. Raymond too, but it's no comparison.

It’s a beautiful day in the PNW to be hanging out with two of my best friends - Ms.Mae + 145.022-76 (1171/633 bracelet)!

Switching over to my Ti Planet Ocean 9300 when I get home. My wife wont stop making fun of the DOXA, saying it looks like a kids watch from the local five and dime. That dates her (age) pretty well I'd say.

Best thing about Doxa divers is the frivolous colors used on such a robust watch!

Nice, I haven't met anyone else that also owns a Dive Master 500 - I've seen them with a variety of hands and dials over the years. I gave my green dial on rubber to my brother for his birthday last December.

I still have a PVD with black dial on bracelet, a stainless with black dial on bracelet, and a PVD automatic red dial on red rubber strap. I wear the red dial auto more than the others, on a NATO regularly and sometimes on black rubber.

It’s a great value in a dive watch ... it’s tough and kinda looks mean. I’ve owned several Victorinox Quartz. When this came out I had to have one. It’s my water and vacations to possibly sketchy places watch. Nice red dial!

Been wearing my Speedy since it decided to return to life. I imagine it will quit again on me before long, then back to the Glycine till the rebuild gets done.
