Dressy 18k oversized Omega today, did not open the case until today to check the reference, production date and movement. Not sure on the dial but like the overall appearance. Have a great weekend watch lovers.

Panda for today !

How is this watch in terms of timekeeping? I was offered a watch of this brand about two weeks ago.

May I ask what is that small knob at 2 o'clock?
Of course! Asking questions and sharing an interest is what forums are for, right 馃榾
You push that in when you want to change home time zone. The watch show the current time in all time zones at once (if the correct home time zone is set) with the inner cirkle pointing with a given city on the current time indicated by the outer 24h ring (on the dial). The hands instead show the home time as a regular 12 watch with the bezel. Tissot made this before Rolex came with GMT. Can you imagine... Tissot made a FAR More sophisticated complication that Rolex (and before Rolex) to reach the same aim - showing multiple time zones at ones.

Mine has an interesting provinience as it was owned by a captain back in the days, that shurely used it when he was sailing the world seas 馃榾
