Most amusing acquisition ever made.
Watch the running seconds rotating disc.

Hamilton calls their watches with the seconds feature, a “secometer”. Certainly unusual to find those two features in that orientation, on a wrist watch. I wonder how the manufacturer managed that.

I was surprised to see calendar in 1930's watch. Thanks to internets and David (website admin), I was able to identify the movement as MST 234:

It is cylinder escapement, so not very precise.
Simple and not very valuable. Medana was fashion brand as I learnt. But I fell in love with watch in moment I saw it.
Such a shame case is so heavily polished, but the date dial, seconds disc and charming white framing makes the watch super cool. Especially if I realise it is from 1930s.
