Just arrived! A 105.002-62 that took two weeks, via DHL overnight, from the U.K. Apparently, given the declared value, U.K. Customs endeavored to verify the authenticity of the watch, which took days and days.
The ridiculously utilitarian @ChuckMK23 Mt. Baker band came in handy today at the VA medical center volunteer job...it was utilized to secure the National Ensign to my golf cart. And...it’s still Speedy Tuesday...YAY!
Thanks for your kind comment It is a 105.003-65 (Ed White), delivered to the RCAF in July 1966 Imo this reference was the first Omega offers four bezel options (Tachymeter, Telemeter (mile or km), decimal and pulsometer. Best regards !
