One of two, today. You’ve seen the other one I’m wearing, so I’ll spare you that one. This one is a “survivor” I have serviced for a friend. A lady, in fact. She has inherited this one, and plans to wear it. Caliber 344 bumper automatic in decent shape. Dial shows its 60+ years of age, so not a lot to do, there. I did polish the dial markers for her, to brighten the dial up a bit. The case has been spared the aggressive buffing we all abhor. Just washed it, and polished the crystal. My newly acquired -66 CB told me today that he needs service. Sometimes the top pusher acts as a one button chronograph, starting, stopping and resetting on the third push instead of continuing. Twice, the movement stopped, both times when the chrono was running. Both times, stopping and resetting the chronograph restarted the watch. Newly acquired Dubey & Schaldenbrand Aerodyn Duo. Mint NOS feel for an 18yr old watch. The black enamel dial with gilt details and creamy white numbers combine to make a nice looking watch. 1st Tonneau shapes watch for me.
