golly gosh! (my first reaction was "faaaaaaaaark", but we may have young lurkers, so..... moderation).

Today I was gardening and mulching, so the watch of choice was the trusty Casio F-91W.

But tonight it's two dry aged Black Angus porterhouse steaks for dinner.

Essentials?

Two steaks
One pair of tongs
One barbie on highest heat
Two smoker boxes going at full blast
One bowl of Australian Cold Pressed Extra Virgin Olive Oil
One basting brush.
One super accurate timer to ensure that each side only gets 3 minutes 45 seconds

therefore...........

thanks Gavin!!! it has taken time to get this one and it will take time to recover from this one!...also means time to enjoy though!...would have other targets than a Polaris 65!...
