Chronograph Bonanza day 11. Last day as there are no more chronographs in the collection. For those of you that might have been waiting for the Lemania Viggen - it is sold. It was transformed into a 1971 Mercedes SL.
For today...a re-cased railroad grade 23j Elgin Veritas 376 [movement circa 1915] which was recently serviced by my local watchmaker. It’s been runnng pretty well from my observations...+2 to +3 seconds per day...
Still honeymooning with this stunning (to me) Seiko Prospex. It’s an amazing watch period. The look, the feel, the performance... and the price! Loving every millimeter..
Getting down and dirty today - time for a watch that doesn’t matter if it gets banged around a bit. This was my one and only pride and joy until the bug bit me a couple of years ago - nowadays it only sees the light of day when there’s potential for peril. Seiko SHC-041, c.2002
