Sorry I am late. Had to eat king crab legs, oysters, and some high end roe - and get drunk. Home now. Chronograph Bonanza day 4.

Roads closed all over the place yesterday. Rts 80 and 15 were closed with accidents in several places during the morning. Road closures in Denville today for power line repairs and cleanup. We had no grid power last night for 10 hours and we’re on the side of town that got minimal snowfall. Luckily we got a 20Kw Generac generator a couple years back, so the outage was only a five second flicker for us.
When we moved to Chicago in 2001 folks in Sparta kept saying “But the winters are terrible out there!” ... I was like and this is the tropics? Last winter I used my snow blower once. I’ve not had to abandon a car like we did once on Rt15 or go without power for 7 days.

Gettting dirty in the back yard today - time for the watch that I can practically toss in the washing machine.
