Another day at my alternative office.

Another day at my alternative office.

There is nothing about these pictures that does not remind me of my sucky job in an office with no tin tin speedy no exotic cars and no track you are my hero and I hate you

In a rare case of superior forethought, yesterday I elected to skip trying to fly from BWI to BGR (today) and drive home instead. I've been in Baltimore for the week. The storm blowing through caused me to think (yesterday) flights today might be cancelled. I just checked mine and it was cancelled. My decision to start home last night at 2130 doesn't seem so outlandish does it? The drive took 11 hours and was basically the easiest I've had in memory. Literally no traffic. Word to the east coast travelers; if you have to drive long distances using I-83/81/84, do it at night.

@dougiedude mentioned this watch in the <$50 thread so I wore it today.
My first purchase after joining OF.

Sorry for the late reply, just only saw the question.

That is an Omega Prototype for the 50th Anniversary Speedmaster.

Not intended to be released outside the Omega factory (it has some specific markings on the case explaining this), but due to some specific circumstances it got into public hands.

Crazy. I almost scrolled right by it until I saw that little date window at 4. Cool thanks for the info. Always nice to see something unique.

Benthos for a rainy Friday.

Now THAT is what a tool watch should look like! 👍 @hotsauz - Did you put the scratches in yourself or was it already experienced when you bought it?
