Quite comfortable, as it's thin enough (12.7mm) that it can go quickly under a cuff, and be unobtrusive in workouts.

Lug length is just at my limit. I generally prefer smaller 'vintage' watches, and my wrist is a relatively small 17cm around. This is 40 x 48mm.

The color combo ('Deauville') of this one had me 'sold' as well...
Agree re size. Have been frustrated by several desirable watches that are just too big (Sinn and Panerai are a couple of notable offenders)

For now, the beater as it's a cold muddy morning working in the garden...

Is there a better beater? Takes pretty much anything you throw at it and just keeps look so damn good.

Covering the palm trees in the backyard preparing for a freeze tonight. Sporting an early solar powered watch 😉

Awesome piece of history there but how do you cope with changing time zones?

Haven’t seen this brand around here a lot. Oris Coltrane LE.

A 'lesser' brand but make some very good watches and great bang for your buck.

Again my 64.... The hour register hand has started slipping. Time for another service. The hands were relumed by the pervious first owner. I think time for another relume in something less green!

White 18K with matching bracelet—loving this new (and rare) acquisition.

That's a beauty alright! 😀
