Christian couldn't have been more forthcoming and fixed me up with a new crown tube and problem solved. From Denmark to England and back again in a week.
When we read about some of the horror stories about watchmakers or dealers (or German strap makers, apparently!) here, one of the usual mantras is that it's how they treat their customers if something goes wrong, that tells how good a business they are running. Well, here's one that delivers.
