·Seiko 6138B circa 1972. Needs a bit of Polywatch on the crystal. Wears very comfortably and quite modern at 43mm.
Not interested in which was first, both Seiko and Zenith
made top notch integrated Chronographs and both are Classic in styling and timeless in design.
Edit for correct movement version and date of manufacture
