Well it doesn't rise to the level of you two, but I was born in Nicosia. My father was in the US Navy and while he was stationed there, I came along. I only lived there for a year, and of course I don't have any recollection. I still have time for a visit and it's on my list of things to do.

#prepareforThanksgiving

Decided to work out with my oldest. Three sets of 3 x 150m sprints. I was very happy to complete all 9 between 31 to 36 seconds each. He did them in 18-19 seconds. Oh to be young again.

The shorts are from the 90s. 😀
