Inspired by Hijak's beautiful oyster prince from yesterday... ...will be wearing my 7809 today. Need to get a better fitting strap by the looks of it Have a great weekend all!
This watch was a gift from my mom when I graduated high school and it's never gotten it's due. Yeah it's a quartz and yeah it's a Pulsar which at the time was owned by Seiko. Not an expensive watch. But I thought it was super cool at the time and loved it.
Friday is my day off, starting the weekend early after working 4 12 hour shifts this week, so I am wearing a vintage, snap back 14K gold Longines President Coolidge model that I picked up from my old retired watchmaker. Lots of patina, but that is just character. There is a deep scratch at 10 o'clock and I am looking for an original glass crystal replacement if anyone can help me out. Thank you for looking. Added an old photo that better shows the dial.
