Home for the weekend. Hoping it's the last week on the bridge for awhile (one more to go). Had a chance to upgrade from the trusty SKX and have a martini to boot. The "thermo compensated quartz movement - Phase Elapsed Time" counter indicates approximately 12 - 13 days until an annual event I've been tracking (21st year gathering of my best friends and me at a cigar event). Truth is, I'd never forget this event, but it's cool to have the X-33 reminding me :

Small GTG in Western Mass with @ahartfie and my 9 year old daughter. It was her second Watch lunch. She was excited because we were able to get a battery in her Casio that she bought at a church rummage sale for 50 cents! Swatch is also hers. Speedy and Connie are Adam's, Geneve, Bell-Matic, Smiths and Collins are mine. Good time had by all at the local Vietnamese restaurant. I was soooo close to getting Adam to trade his Speedy for my Bell-matic
