This Cronoplan needs a lot of work, but before sending it out I thought I'd wear it for the day as it is. I think it can be summed up as small but perfectly formed. I can only assume that someone cleaned the dial to leave it in the state it's in, but the applied Breguet numerals save it from being a write-off.

An older pic of my Mitsukoshi Custom w/Cal. 863 that I found as I was swapping files over from PhotoSuckit to Imgur.........And, since she's on the wrist today, posting again and feeling nostalgic.

It's been a long weekend trying to wrap up our tasks on the Lift Span (and it's not over). Since I was here, I pulled duty going to the top of the towers to moisten recent concrete placements (helps properly cure the concrete). Long hike up both of these towers. While there I grabbed a few happy snaps.

Sorry for the quality. It was very bright and I really couldn't see my phone display well.

Consolation snap back in the office:

The Lift Span. If things go exceedingly well (and they haven't so far), I'll be out of here next Friday. You can see most of the fairings are installed along the side. It's starting to take shape but we still have a couple of hundred feet of 1" and 2" thick weld to lay down.

Last one, taken from the tip top of one of the towers. If you look really hard you should be able to see the welders and an inspector kicking around on deck. As a reminder, the deck is 300' long x 42' wide:
